IT support judged on one thing: do you get back to work

Support gets judged on one thing: whether the person with the problem gets back to work. Everything else is process that either serves that or gets in the way of it.

What is covered

Helpdesk support for staff, business email systems administration and migration, device setup for new hires and secure wipe for departures, and coordination with the software vendors your business already depends on so you are not the one relaying messages between two support queues.

Fixed monthly pricing per user

One predictable line item, not a bill that spikes the month someone has a bad week with their laptop. You are not charged more for asking for help more often, which means nobody on your team quietly avoids opening a ticket.

You talk to the person doing the work

No account manager relaying your problem to an engineer you never meet. The person who understands your environment is the person who answers.

What's included

Specific deliverables, not a vague promise to "handle IT."

  • Helpdesk coverage for staff, with a fixed response window rather than a vague best-effort promise
  • Business email systems administration: mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailbox setup and delegation
  • New hire device setup and a secure offboarding checklist for departures
  • Vendor coordination for the software your business already depends on
  • An asset inventory of devices and licences, kept current rather than assembled once and forgotten
  • A documented escalation path for anything that falls outside standard helpdesk scope

How this engagement works

Step 1

Onboarding call

Current tools, staff count, and where support requests actually come from.

Step 2

Fixed monthly agreement

Scoped per user, so your bill is predictable regardless of how many tickets a bad month brings.

Step 3

Ongoing helpdesk

Requests handled by the person who knows your environment, not routed through a generic queue.

Step 4

Quarterly review

What's recurring, what's aging out, and whether the scope still fits your headcount.

Questions about it support

What's covered under the monthly fee versus billed as a project?

Day-to-day helpdesk, email administration and onboarding/offboarding are covered. New infrastructure, migrations and larger builds are scoped and quoted separately, agreed before any work starts.

What's your response time?

Set per agreement based on your needs, and written down rather than left as an assumption.

Do you support remote and hybrid staff?

Yes, remote support is standard, not an upcharge.

What happens if we outgrow this?

The scope is revisited quarterly and adjusted for headcount and complexity as you grow, rather than renegotiated from scratch.

Other services

Start with an assessment, not a contract

A short scoping call, then a fixed-price review of your security, cloud and support setup. You keep the findings either way.
